The location is bordered by 250 feet of private beach on Lake Erie and Wigle Creek which allows small boats access to the lake by a neighborhood marina. The property also has three self-catering cottages which are steps away from the beach. Ideal for birders or summer retreats.. We have owned and operated this mobile home park for 5 years and have many long term residents enjoying the quiet tranquility of the area while still having the amenities available in and around the town of Kingsville and Essex county.
THE AREA: The whole region provides exceptional bird-watching opportunities (including our own creek and wetland). Jack Miner Bird Sanctuary is also located in Kingsville, and Point Pelee National Park is close by. Ferries to Pelee Island are also close by. There are numerous golf courses, marinas, trails, parks and attractions providing the active adult with a rich choice for activity. For example: Kingsville Golf & Country Club, Chrysler Theatre and other cultural activities, Chrysler Greenway trail, Wine Tours, Windsor Casino, horse racing, Ambassador Bridge or Tunnel to Detroit for big league sports or Interstate routes for US destinations.
